Ryan - Piano
Ryan, a native of Toledo, Ohio, discovered his deep-rooted passion for music at a young age. He embarked on his musical journey at the age of four when he first laid his hands on the piano keys. Over the past two decades, he has dedicated himself to honing his piano skills. Ryan's musical journey has been deeply influenced by his professional pianist friends, as well as his father and uncle, who share his innate ability to play piano by ear.
Ryan's profound connection to the piano stems from his ability to express his emotions and excitement through its melodies. His musical education began with private lessons at Saint Patrick of Heatherdowns school, where he spent several formative years learning the art of sight-reading and mastering timing.
During his high school years at Saint Johns Jesuit, Ryan delved deeper into music by taking an AP Music Theory class. This educational experience allowed him to delve into the rich history of music theory, study renowned composers, analyze complex compositions, and even practice site singing a cappella vocals to prepare for the college AP test.
Following his high school graduation, Ryan pursued a degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Toledo, earning his bachelor's degree in 2020. While his primary focus shifted towards technology, his unwavering passion for music continued to thrive.
Beyond the realm of music, Ryan finds joy in a variety of activities, including fishing, playing tennis, going for runs and enjoying Xbox gaming sessions with his friends. In addition to piano, Ryan's musical repertoire expanded as he explored the world of percussion through drum lessons and taught himself to play the acoustic guitar.
Ryan eagerly looks forward to joining Forté Music School, where he can nurture his students' musical talents and share his profound love and passion for music with them. His journey from a young piano prodigy to a computer engineer with an enduring musical soul makes him a unique and inspiring mentor for aspiring musicians.
