Brendan - Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone
Brendan, originally from Perrysburg, Ohio, is a music education major student at Bowling Green State University. His musical journey began at the age of 11, with a love for piano sparked by his dad's playing at home. This interest led him to take piano lessons throughout elementary school, until he transitioned to violin and saxophone in the 6th grade.
During high school, Brendan explored both saxophone and violin, but it was the saxophone that truly captured his passion. In addition to piano, saxophone, and violin, Brendan has also ventured into playing clarinet, and flute.
Currently enrolled as a music education major at Bowling Green State University, Brendan is dedicated to enhancing his musical skills under the mentorship of Dr. John Sampen. His commitment extends beyond personal growth, as he aims to pass on his musical knowledge to new musicians.
Brendan is thrilled to be a part of Forté Music School as a woodwind instructor. As a firm believer that learning music should be an enjoyable experience, he brings a philosophy of fun and engagement to his teaching. He is dedicated to creating a positive and dynamic learning environment where students can develop their skills and cultivate a genuine love for their instrument.
