Bonnie - Piano

Bonnie began taking piano lessons when she was five years old and progressed steadily as a musician from then through her time spent as a piano performance major at Heidelberg University. Prior to college, Bonnie won first place in Heidelberg University’s “Performance Pacesetter” competition, and during her time there she won first place in the piano concerto competition in 2011.
She has taught piano since 2006, starting students as young as three years old as well as adults. Bonnie has also played violin since the age of 14, and this string ability allowed her to perform in orchestra throughout college. This also has allowed her to be an excellent accompanist for Forte’s string students for their student showcases for the last several years. Bonnie frequently can be found playing for weddings or other events with her violinist husband, Forte’s instructor and Assistant Director Bogdan.
In addition to life as a musician, Bonnie is a graduate student in the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy, set to graduate with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2021. She is also a graduate teaching assistant in the College of Pharmacy.
