Ayanna - Violin
Ayanna is sophomore studying music performance at BGSU. She has performed in a number of orchestras and ensembles since the age of nine. She was the concert mistress for the Ashtabula Youth Orchestra from 2012 to 2014. After that, Ayanna joined the Erie Junior Philharmonic from 2014 to 2017 where she had the opportunity to play alongside the Erie Philharmonic. She participated in their Strings ensemble where she played for various functions including preconcert for the Erie Philharmonic. Ayanna played with the Akron Youth Symphony from 2018 until 2020.
Ayanna’s favorite hobbies include reading, playing the guitar and piano, and learning different languages.
