Emily - Clarinet, Saxophone

Emily is a 3rd year undergraduate student at Bowling Green State University and studies under Kevin Schempf. She is currently double majoring in Music Education and Music Performance while also attending the Honors College.
Emily has had a passion for music ever since she began playing clarinet in 5th grade. She has experience playing saxophone, bass clarinet, and singing in choir. She currently plays in BGSU's Wind Symphony. Emily has attended choir classes, jazz band, and marching band.
Her philosophy of music education involves learning music through play, technique, and musicality. In her free time Emily enjoys getting coffee, taking care of her betta fish Prism, and playing video games.
